I'm Benoit Parra.

For the past 15 years, I've worked across sales, customer success, and go-to-market teams in B2B software, helping companies grow, retain customers, and scale post-sales operations. Today, I work with software leaders navigating the challenges of retention, expansion, and value realization in an increasingly AI-driven world.

Throughout that journey, I've become less interested in software itself and more interested in the economic systems behind it: how companies create value, how customers capture it, and how business models evolve when technology changes.

I believe we're entering a new phase of enterprise software. One where access to technology matters less than the outcomes it produces. One where customer success, services, AI, and product increasingly converge into a single system designed to deliver measurable value.
